Thursday night was my official welcome to the Museum of Brisbane jewellers' workspace (four Brisbane based jewellers share three benches in a workspace located in the museum shop, where they can be viewed by visitors, through a glass window, as they work). Since I have been going into MoB regularly for a year now it may seem a little strange to have a ceremony so much later. It did to me, but it is funny how having the event made such a difference to me. I now feel like a real member and not just a part time visitor.
