My studio is located in Brisbane, Australia. For the past 10 years I’ve been enjoying creating jewellery designs from an array of mundane materials. Tupperware and knitting needles have remained a firm favourite. My designs have been published numerous times, graced the shelves of many wonderful galleries and stores and been worn by those whose aren’t afraid of colour and attention. All of which I am very grateful for. For several years I’ve also been fortunate enough to work with many businesses as a coach and workshop facilitator.

Serendipity Of the Floral Kind


All the work has been sent to THE HIVE for this week's show- phew!
.
Now to sit down to an episode of PROJECT RUNWAY 2. But just as I'd had my fill of floral jewellery and giant plastic wall flowers I discovered, with equal measure of horror and delight, that this week's challenge was to make wearable floral fashion.

Flowers , flowers everywhere.

Hi Flo.

I ended up making 6 large flowers (mixed yellow, red and white)and 30 brooches to hang alongside them - 6 mommies and 30 babies.

Not really a fan of yellow, except when it is hanging on the wall then it is my no. 1 colour.

oh Liana they really could have done with some help from you on that project...
color people color, where was it? tho I must say Chloe and Daniel v's outfits were pretty great... by the way I LOVE LOVE LOVE the big yellow wall flower, that is just tops! and dont be afraid of yellow, I cant wear it on my body (freckles, red hair) but I have discovered that it makes an excellent accessory for the home.

Beck and Ramona it is great to hear that I am not the only Aussie PR obsessee. Your right Beck, where was the colour?? Did you check out this week's episode (down to the final 3 now) I think they really needed some help! I just don't have a clear favourite like last season.

Bec - Project Runway - Survivor with talent. I think it is a must for all of us creative types who want to make it in the big wide world. There are so many lessons, and pretty outfits.
