My studio is located in Brisbane, Australia. For the past 10 years I’ve been enjoying creating jewellery designs from an array of mundane materials. Tupperware and knitting needles have remained a firm favourite. My designs have been published numerous times, graced the shelves of many wonderful galleries and stores and been worn by those whose aren’t afraid of colour and attention. All of which I am very grateful for. For several years I’ve also been fortunate enough to work with many businesses as a coach and workshop facilitator.

Playtime

It has been quite a while since I had time to play. In the studio, that is. Now I'm setting aside at least one day a week for just that. So far I'm loving the freedom, sense of adventure and not knowing where it will all lead. I have some plans, true, but mostly I'm letting the work evolve and lead me where it will.

So It's officially time to get making, sort out my online world and give it all a big update! So stayed tuned, and please excuse the state of this blog as I give it an overhaul. It should be all spick and span within the next week. Plus I'll be blogging regularly again. Oh how I've missed it.

p.s All the pieces pictured above have been made using resin and the remnants from my families various jewellery businesses. But more about that later...

Fabulous! I think play time is so important and am trying to add a lot more of it in this year.
